We offer both RORO (Roll-On/Roll-Off) and container shipping. RORO is more cost-effective for single units, while container shipping offers added protection and is ideal for multiple vehicles or high-value units.
How long does shipping take from Japan to my country?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination port. On average, it takes 2 to 6 weeks after vessel departure. We’ll provide estimated schedules and tracking once your vehicle is shipped.
What documents will I receive with my shipment?
You will receive a Bill of Lading (B/L), Export Certificate, Invoice, and any inspection or compliance certificates required by your country’s import authority.
Can you assist with pre-export inspections for my country?
Yes. If your country requires pre-export inspections (e.g., QISJ for Kenya, JEVIC for Zambia), we arrange and manage that process to ensure compliance and avoid delays.
Do you offer insurance or protection for shipping?
Yes, marine insurance is available upon request. While our shipping partners are reliable, we always recommend insurance for high-value vehicles or when shipping in containers.
